Synopsis
After the Sodality of Gerosha fell, the Chrome Kite took over Arkansas. But the Society of the Icy Finger hoped to expand its dark influence outward from Arkonia. The Chrome Kite puppet regime was never enough. Someone had to keep the front lines of the western frontier safe. And when the Tug finally fell? Someone would need to spearhead bringing the Sodality back together!
To that end, the Sodality Western Militia formed, based out of Saratoga, Wyoming. Everyone not hiding deep underground, pinned down, surveiled, or incarcerated under the Beliah Amendments Enforcement Drive, knew to network with the Saratoga base.
Yet, the Sneakernet Underground had more allies than just the Sodality Western Militia and the Navyrope Society. SCALLOP quietly became a secret ally, trying to make up for its messy past as a morally ambiguous organization. Fledgling new heroes were about to rise as well. And the Frontliners in the Sneakernet Underground needed more support than their cabal bosses alone could provide. Financiers, hidden inside the business machinery of the Chrome Kite's regime, secretly funneled some of their excess wealth to keeping the cabals alive. Non-Frontliners within the Sneakernet Underground also served as a lifeline to anchor the Frontliners to life outside of simply the next mission.
All the noble factions seeking to rid their world of the Icy Finger and its Chrome Kite puppet regime knew that this was only the beginning. Far too many of their heroes had paid a terrible price to ensure that rebuilding after the war would be possible. Now, those sacrificial heroes have been captured, and made political prisoners. Time is running out for everyone.
Gameplay
In this pack, you can take your best shot at running the Saratoga Homestead. Play it with the Sodality Western Militia, or repurpose it for your Sims' needs!
Help Steve Trussel, "Mr. Pockets," as he aids Chrome Kite business operations and government-corporate contracts, while secretly aiding the Frontliners' cabal bosses. Play as Francine Smith, Tobias † Reno's hidden lover, as she dreams of a future for them and their baby-on-the-way. Will she meet the tragic fate of canon, or will you find a way to spare her from the cruelty of Lady Chillingworth †† and Will Clamdor's ††† Mercury Troopers ††††?
Anda "Extirwraith" Hirano has suddenly resurfaced. More lost than ever, and now immune to the Tug! She seeks a purpose for living, but isn't keen on being the villain that everyone in Arkansas assumes her to be. Can the Sodality Western Militia anchor this wandering spirit before hope is lost? And if she ever meets Bliksemhek †††††, and they fight for the fate of Arkansas? Watch out!
Play as Shaniqua Tamery, who sacrificed her career and legal standing outside of fugitive life to leave SCALLOP and to rescue Tabitha Pang and Sarah Ruben from an execution squad. She now must make her way to life with the Navyrope Society to survive, haunted by her past as a SCALLOP agent. Can she atone for having failed Tabitha and Sarah in the past? What adventures will her new life bring her?
As the arc comes to a close, Eddie Castral Pintal is destined to rise up to become the new Extirpon, as Eric's fire is fading. This pack lets you skip ahead, and develop his arc as the more efficient next generation of the Extirpon legacy. Speaking of skipping ahead, Jordan Sterlie's future daughter, Samantha "Dollschief" Steel, becomes a core member of the rebuilt Sodality of Gerosha's future. Will you be able to guide Jordan and Tabitha in raising her?
John Domeck now guards the frontier out of duty. But he seldom still wears the Gray Champion uniform. He feels responsible for training the time-displaced WWI veteran Roy Bernald to become the future Gray Champion, knowing the Marlquaan only delayed mortality, but not indefinitely. He is haunted by the Tug's presence, as it was engineered specifically to neutralize him! With its infrastructure in place, John cannot enter Arkonia. He cannot rescue any of his trapped loved ones. They're at the mercy of the state, and of each other's resilience. Roy, meanwhile, seeks to adjust to his new time and his new place in the universe. He adopts a stray horse named Fellertooth, named after the Fellerfang wolf that once served the Domeck family in the 17th century. This horse assumes the abilities of its rider. Can John, Roy, and Fellertooth keep the Gray Champion legacy going, and significant, in a world that has largely forgotten Hawthornian morality? As the Gray Rancher, a Gray Champion in training, can Roy also anchor his new crush, the lost and confused Anda Hirano, so she can use her Extirwraith identity for good?
Not down entirely for the count yet, Eric Stanley Opendi, the original Extirpon, is laying low in the wilderness, aiding the Western Militia. He can't shake the feeling that much of the crisis the world is facing at present is his own fault. By rescuing Madeline Casey from DC police assassins in 2013, Eric overplayed his hand. He created the demand for the very tech that allowed the Chrome Kite and Beliah Enforcers to dismantle the Sodality and crush the world with tyranny.
Assisting Eric is his wife, Pam Marcones-Opendi, who had to flee the Philippines when her own family was torn in two by the revelation that she bore the son of Extirpon. Now, defending the western frontier is her new way of life, far away from her original homeland. There's no going back. Yet, proving very resourceful, Wilfredo becomes the emotional glue holding his family and the militia together. Not just in terms of supplies, but in terms of emotional support. It's no easy task, and they're all traumatized, ashamed of past failures, and in dire need of therapy. He becomes a light to chase their inner demons away.
Assisting Eric further is Amado Marcones, who joined Pam in exile as he felt responsible to protect his sister from any of the Marcones family's honor-killing longings. While away, he met the broken Zize "Plum Bixie" Choi, wrestling Inner Fox for control of her own mind. It was not long before he took her under his wing, and married her. He knew she needed a new anchor, as she was daily haunted by how she couldn't prevent the brutal murder of her previous husband, Gary Wenzon. When Zize entered her mute phases, Amado became a voice for her. He was determined to help win the war, so his new wife could get the help she needed.
Finally, you can also play as the inmates of McPherson Women's Prison, trying to survive the Chrome Kite's scandalous operation of it, while they negotiate their survival. Play as Hea Pang, the mother of Tabitha Pang, and a political prisoner hated most of all by the Icy Finger, for her past involvement with the Gray Champion. Any day could bring boredom, rudeness, abuse, or even execution by guillotine! Hea is willing to die for her cause; but still prays rescue is possible. When one of the guards defects to her cause, Perry Reize, she fears he's not long for the world. His sanctioned romancing of her to shield her from abuse was an arrangement she knew would only be temporary. Eventually, the other guards would turn against him!
Marge Ramirez was once Mapacha del Fuego. She sacrificed her powers to create the Twirlflame Trio. Now, she's just an ordinary political prisoner, doing her part to protect Hea and Hea's mission. Her new son, Tim, has been escorted to safety with the Western Militia, secretly. The father was Ray Marsette, a security guard that chose to make her his "wife," knowing this was just as risky for him as what Perry did for Hea. With her lover, her father, and her son all in hiding, Marge has no expectation of making it out of prison alive. Will you show her more mercy than she received in canon?
Most tragic of all the prisoners was Jissika Sundue-Dentz, kidnapped from her homestead in Canada to be used as a living trophy by the Chrome Kite, to get revenge for how she foiled the Screwworm Network's plans in both Sault Ste Marie and in Greenland years earlier. Her husband is dead. Her previous lovers are dead. Kevin Schemple, a guard sympathetic to her, is her last chance to escape the state, flee to Hawaii, and rebuild her life under the protection of Kamohoalii. But their escape must be planned very carefully. In the meantime? She has to keep the other innocent women alive.
The Frontliners' allies are being pushed to their limits. Their fates are now in your hands, player! What will you do?

Not quite 20 years before Tabitha and her friends set to work to liberate Arkansas from the Chrome Kite, the Gray Champion had his own epic adventures alongside Tabitha's mother, Hea.
