Synopsis
In 1990, Boonville became Gerosha — a beacon of hope for southwestern Indiana, a “city on a hill” built on the legacy of Stan and Shalia Flippo. But by 2006, the Hebbleskin Gang had spent decades eroding everything the Flippos built. By 2015, the region is economically drained, morally exhausted, and teetering on the edge of collapse.
Into this failing world steps Candi Flippo, born with an alien‑imposed mutation that grants her the abilities of a stone centipede. Determined to give her hometown a fighting chance, she dons the suit and becomes Ciem — a civic guardian tackling threats far beyond what the small‑town police can handle. Her sister Miriam stands with her, but their compromised guardians and emotional deprivation are pushing both girls toward choices they can’t afford to make.
In October 2015, the Hebbleskins finally unleash their ultimate 25‑year plan for revenge against the Flippo legacy. A case of mistaken identity lands Candi in the Madison Juvenile Correctional Facility, leaving Miriam to forge desperate alliances to keep Boonville alive until Candi can barter her way to freedom — even if that freedom is only temporary.
This fiery chapter of the Centipede and Fire Saga pushes the Flippo sisters and their dwindling allies to their limits, as pyromaniacal villains threaten to turn the entire state into Hell on Earth. Southern Indiana is forced to confront its own ugliness, while the fate of Candi, her sister, her guardians, her hometown, and everyone trapped inside the prison hangs in the balance!

- Judge Richard Deckinson is a parody of JK Simmons' portrayal of J. Jonah Jameson across Sony's various Spider-Man films.
- Lonny "Drop-In" Factor's likeness is an homage to Brett Dalton's portrayal of Grant Ward on Marvel's Agents of SHIELD.
- Amirah's initial gang-obsessed hostility is a nod to the villain Kody from The Asylum's film Jailbait (2014).
- Season 1 of Netflix and Plum Pictures' Girls Incarcerated was studied intently for years to ensure that this pack's interpretation of the Madison Juvenile Correctional Facility was as close in spirit to the real facility as The Sims 4's engine would allow.
- Most of the inmates' names are puns. (E.g., Bri Notabakkon = "bring home the bacon," Meagan Amez = "makin' amends," Kareem Omarshoo = "cream of mushroom," Angie O. Plastie = "angioplasty," etc.)
- Completion of this pack required an entire road trip to Boonville and Evansville in July of 2019. (However, there wasn't time or budget then to also visit the area around Madison.)
- Candi's initial case worker, Terry McIntyre, is a nod to Tobey Maguire's "Bully Maguire" persona from Spider-Man 3. The bailiff at her temp-adjudication hearing, in the video The Gerosha Chronicles, According to an AI (2022) was likewise deliberately modeled to resemble Andrew Garfield. And the janitor that bumps into Candi on her way to court was similarly modeled to resemble Tom Holland, thus implying that she was being trolled by the Spiderverse. This is all in reference to how an attempt to make her suit in real life led to confused young children at a Christmas party mistaking her for Spider-Man.
- The Sora videos linked above were created in early 2026, to assist downloaders with previewing the mod pack's plot.
- This pack is the first known Sims CC pack with a story attached to feature IDOC-related drama as central to its premise.
- This pack features nine reproductions of real life locations, making it the most aggressively real-geography-focused pack in its series since Oughties Big Rapids Living Stuff (2020).
- This pack's story uniquely combines a juvenile superhero facing realistic personal drama plus fantastical threats with the need to navigate real Indiana geography, while her fate reflects semirealistic juvenile justice pipelines.
- Thevia Logindil's address is to a house that this pack's author once lived in back in the 1980s.
