With SCALLOP director Darius Philippine running out of excuses to delay Candi Flippo’s release, she finally anticipates going home with her new sponsor family — the Trensons. But before she can take her first breath of freedom, the Madison Juvenile Correctional Facility is attacked again. This time, the culprit is Bernie “Quoll” Mudster, a theatrical madman determined to direct a blockbuster epic starring his own conquests.
Meanwhile, Halal Affadidah’s militant expansion has left much of the eastern United States in ruins. Gerosha is under siege once more, and several Madison girls have been abducted. Candi is deployed to Gerosha to search for them, where she helps defend the newly‑built catacomb system that Imaki Izuki and the locals call the “Exodus Agenda” — a desperate contingency plan for a mass flight to Texas if Indiana falls.
Alas, the entire Gerosha assault was a diversion. Quoll’s real target lay far to the west. The abducted girls were taken to the forests outside Boulder, Colorado — and worse, Quoll joined forces with Hebbleskin operative Kropimak Duzerit to recover the Heart of Pele from SCALLOP custody, and finish what Korsicht never could: the triggering of a full-blown VEI‑8 detonation of Yellowstone’s supervolcano!
What Quoll didn’t anticipate, was Candi engaging in a little misdirection of her own. While still at Madison Juvenile, she secretly arranged for a copy of her newest variant of the Ciem suit — the Carbonica — to be handed off to fellow inmate Tanya Woven - who was serving several months for involuntary vehicular manslaughter. With Tanya’s Padua Network connections, an upgrade was inevitable.
After Candi and new mission overseer Randy Lapborn survive their plane being shot down, they take refuge with weather station operator Tony Gryman, and Tanya leads the other missing Madison girls in a daring escape from Hebbleskin captivity; one truth becomes painfully clear: Quoll has engineered an apocalyptic showdown at Yellowstone! One wherein which one Ciem would never be enough! What happened next would determine the fate of millions!

It's been a year since Yellowstone. Tanya Woven has been hired right out of prison by the Padua Network to protect Seattle, as a new kind of Ciem. Her mother is with her. Her lover, Yong Steffan, got trapped behind enemy lines in Indiana - but is vowing to find a way back to her. The Padua Network, however, finds its systems almost immediately compromised. The homeless are in danger. The Kerpher Gang - local rivals to the Hebbleskins - are now in league with a gentrification racket to prey on the homeless.
There's no Candi to help Tanya this time. She must master the art of war-of-attrition to save the innocent, beneath the sodium glow of a city that fears the collapse out east will catch up to it. And when things get too tough? She must help refugees fleet to San Antonio. But even after defeating Microplast, a new threat - Cerato - is right on her tail!

The pack leaves players open-ended. They can do their best to re-enact the story included with the pack, using the resources provided, or they can deviate from canon.

Trivia
- Candi's various Ciem diffusion maps are offered separately from the mesh in AmiSwift's Iron Man and Spider-Man mask set due to her recoloring policy stating that the mesh cannot be included in recolors. Therefore, these diffusion maps have to be manually added by players themselves to her mod using Sims 4 Studio.
- The Gray Champion's body stocking is technically a face paint mod, inspired by the Deadpool Body Stocking mod by InABadRomance on Tumblr.
- Tanya Woven's origin story is directly inspired by that of the real life Taryn Twine, from season 1 of Girls Incarcerated.
- Tony Gryman's cabin is located in-universe at 815 Cougar Run. However, it was built based on the assumption someone would build something there at some point. At the time it was built in-game, however, there was only an empty lot in real life.
- In canon, Emma Lohtz is a descendant of Henry Lohtz, the captain of an Order of the Oraphim vessel that once protected Hawaii from the Society of the Icy Finger. Henry Lohtz also found the Gerosha Stone and crafted the Gerosha Code, based on a mishearing of a Chinese crewmate's deathbed proclamation. When his seashell, treasure, and code book were later discovered by Stan and Shalia Flippo, it became the basis of their plans to reform Boonville, Indiana. Thus, Emma's ancestors paved the way for Candi's to create the Gerosha legacy that Candi wishes to restore.
- Coral Marmo was originally included in the Madison Juvenile inmate lineup in this story as a joke. Her name is a reference to the main clownfish family in Finding Nemo: Coral Mar(lin)+(Ne)mo.
- Pearl E. White's oyster pearl-like skin is the reason her name and alias all reference oyster pearls.
- Shots of the Madison Juvenile Unit 5 Day Room were made possible by watching Girls Incarcerated repeatedly, in order to create a set that would replicate the day room inside the game. This included matching layouts, seating, TV placement, Jphone regions, table tennis locales, tables, and even seat colors to match the real life former day room as closely as The Sims 4 would allow.
- Cerato derives his name from Ceratophrys ornata, a species of Pacman frog. His Latin name was truncated to "Cerato" to avoid any trademark disputes with the owners of Pac-Man as a character.
